We are seeking a skilled Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing processes.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in mechanical operations, warehouse management, and assembly procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate production activities to ensure products are manufactured on time and within quality standards - Supervise production staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations - Develop and implement production schedules and workflows to maximize efficiency - Monitor production metrics and implement process improvements to optimize output - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and meet customer demands - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards Skills:
