Summary: While managing and motivating a production crew, this individual will be responsible for all aspects of his/her crew's performance, including but not limited to: safety, quality, production, productivity improvement and training.

Responsibilities:
This person will assure all training is current for reports (i.e. safety, process, quality), assign workers to work stations to meet production requirements, interpret process specifications for workers, monitor production and adjust work assignments, supply of material, and machine operation when necessary, refer extensive machine repairs to maintenance personnel, confer with Managers and Maintenance to receive instructions and exchange production information., train workers in equipment operation and perform any other duties as assigned in support of company objectives.

Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent. Will consider someone pursuing a degree if they have a strong work record and relevant experience
Minimum 3 years experience in a leadership position
Basic understanding of/exposure to Quality Assurance, cost control and lean manufacturing methodologies
Ability to manage the day-to-day needs of the group with an eye toward what will set the company up to most efficiently and effectively achieve their long-term objectives
Must have self-awareness. Ability to manage your own emotions and relationships effectively
Ability to rally a team and not simply rule a team. Looking for a team builder, not a team buster.
Comfortable with and able to lead change
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
